ost means original soundtrack, "overtaken" is one of the commonly used osts in this anime that starts with drumbeats with the "doom dut da da" pattern. "doom dut da da" is the pattern for the drums of liberation.

"overtaken" is usually used during a dramatic entrance scene, the first time being when luffy, zoro, sanji, and usopp marched into arlong park after nami broke into tears and asked luffy for help after full realizing and accepting that arlong wasn't going to keep his promise. this actually mirrors gear 5's awakening in away as in both cases the drums started right after nami made a request of luffy while crying and both lead into a final confrontation with a tyrant aiming to enslave the locals.
another watered-down version of the drums of liberation was used during the campfire scene at the end of the skypia ark, which also showed luffy dancing in the same way nika was depicted dancing during who's-who's explanation of nika in episode 1040.

This moment is really hype but at the same time I can't help but feel a little bummed out since everybody in existance at this point knows exactly what's coming and what's gonna happen. Imagine how awesome all of this would be if this was somehow synced with the manga and nobody had any idea this was gonna happen.

Remember guys Toon Force can even defeat the likes of Goku, Saitama, and even high-tier fictional characters in anime/manga like Yugiri Takato, Rimuru, Anti Spiral, Featherine and etc. Cartoons' power defies all logic in existence. Toon Force is really OP (One Piece=Over Power).

Logia fruit is strongest at low level but is countered with haki, so physical enhancers like Zoan tend to be top, but Paramecia can be difficult to fight against since the powers are unique. For someone with emperor level haki, it seems an ability like Luffy's that greatly reduces physical damage received would be top tier. He certainly gets beat up a lot.

Eh, it's nothing to do with that. It's how more in tune they are with their devil fruit. Time used doesn't equal more skill or strength. Especially zoan types, some have their own personality so it has to recognize you first as someone it respects to let you awaken it.

Gomu Gomu no mi it's really Hito Hito no mi model Nika. Which means he has properties of a rubber but he can do much more than rubber can. You will find more about devil fruits on an Egghead Island when he meet with Vegapunk.

Sengoku also have Hito Hito no Mi but in his case it's model Buddha. As for Chopper it's possible that he will awaken his fruits. In Luffy and Sengoku case they both have mythical Zoans fruits just like Kaido or Marco.
